When a surface is missing, Rev says so — an honest empty state, never an invented number.

Two things matter here.

i.First: it's all real.

Your booking and rate data syncs from your PMS; market and comp data comes from our market-data feed and is refreshed on a published cadence. Nothing in your dashboard is demo data — when data is missing, you see an honest empty state, not an invented number.

ii.Second: Rev's facts are always current.

Rev remembers your conversation, but it never answers from a stale memory of your numbers — every answer re-reads today's data.

It can't touch your prices, your calendar, or your PMS. Every change ReStay proposes waits in your queue until you tap Approve — and every applied change is reversible.

Every lookup is scoped to your account, enforced at the database layer — not by trust in the AI.

✓We never use your conversations to train AI models. That's a written commitment in our privacy policy, and we've also disabled data-retaining endpoints at our AI infrastructure layer.
✓We review aggregate patterns only — what kinds of questions hosts ask — to decide what to build next. Not your transcripts.
✓When you cancel, your chat history is deleted 90 days later. You can export or delete your data anytime from Settings.
